I understand that certain label side scratches are not repairable and/or it may not be possible to completely repair these disc(s). Tape(s) exposed to extreme heat may not be repairable. Unless insured, Video R Us is not financially responsible for any customer's tape(s) or disc(s) lost or damaged in return shipping. Video R Us bears no responsibility for customer's tape(s) or disc(s) other than proper repair and return shipping. No dollar value may be assigned to any repair item(s) damaged during repair. All foreign customers: Please note that all videos are in the North American format (NTSC). This format is NOT compatible with European VCRs and DVDs which are designed to play the PAL format. RETURNS Returns will be made upon confirmation from us by email. Refunds or credits will be made upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s). A store credit or refund will be made for purchase price, less shipping and $2.00 restocking fee, unless otherwise agreed upon in our return confirmation. Defective item(s) will be exchanged for same item number or title. Return item(s) must be received by us within 15 working days of receipt of our return confirmation. A copy of the return confirmation must accompany any returned item(s). within 10 days. Defective cassettes will be exchanged for a new cassette of the same title only.		PAYMENT Please do not send cash. Visa, Mastercard, money order and personal checks are acceptable. Personal check, cashier's check or money order please make all checks payable to Video R Us.
